On Friday evening February 26th, sixty-eight congregants celebrated Purim at Dothan’s Temple Emanu-El with a fantastic pot luck dinner, Shabbat evening worship service, reading of the Magillah, then a fun filled Oneg featuring what seemed like hundreds of Hamentashen.It doesn’t get any better than this – lots of great food and family fun as well as the very special experience of celebrating Shabbat and Purim as a Temple family.
